Head Lice: What Parents Need to Know

hat we would like parents to remember about lice is that they are just bugs in the hair. They are a nuisance and nothing more. They do not cause disease. They are not a sign of lack of cleanliness nor should anyone feel embarrassed by them. I think everyone of the physicians here at some time or another has had to deal with lice with their own children.
