New Provider
We are pleased to announce that Nicolle Fitzpatrick, LMHC has joined our team at Main Street Pediatrics and is looking forward to working with our patients. Nicky received her education at
UMass Amherst with a BA in Psychology in 2014 and Lesley University with a MA in 2019. Her goals are to support children, adolescents, and families with social-emotional concerns and develop effective coping skills to improve interpersonal relationships. Her clinical interests include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adolescents, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems.

Covid Vaccine Update
The CDC and FDA have discontinued the use of monovalent Covid vaccines and are recommending only the bivalent Covid vaccines for medical use. At Main Street Pediatrics we provide Pfizer Covid vaccines, which have different schedules for different ages.
If your child is between the ages of 6 months-4 years of age and in the process of getting their first Covid vaccines, the bivalent vaccine will replace all further doses of your child’s vaccine. If your child completed a series with monovalent vaccine, they are eligible for one dose of bivalent vaccine.
For all other ages, one dose of a bivalent Covid vaccine is all that is needed. If you would like to get a bivalent booster for your child, and it has been 2 months since their last Covid vaccine, please book a vaccine appointment.

Online Scheduling for Well Visits
You may book your well visits through MyChart. There are a variety of dates and times for each provider. If you are not signed up for MyChart, please click on the forms tab at the top of the page and fill out the registration form as this is the only way to schedule online appointments.
Please remember to check with your insurance regarding well visits to see if you are allowed one per calendar year or it has to be one year and a day from your last well visit. All insurances have their own policy on this.
Parents may schedule appointments for all ages but they will not be able to see scheduled appointments if children are 13 and over (even if made by you), due to privacy concerns.
